Chris Pratt
MANAGING DIRECTOR
For over a decade, Chris has applied his industry knowledge to help public and private sector businesses to reshape and improve the way they utilise IT. He holds Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+ and Security+ qualifications and is also ITIL certified. When he’s not leading Zinq IT into the future or engineering complex computer and network systems, he enjoys spending time with his partner and two young children.
Simon Jackson
TECHNICAL AND PROJECT LEAD
Project specialist and technical team supervisor Simon has Microsoft Certified Professional 410 and 411 qualifications along with ITIL certification. Master of all things Microsoft, Simon is able to think on his feet to provide solutions for businesses across any vertical. IT systems aren’t the only thing he builds — Simon is also a keen DIY enthusiast and LEGO hobbyist. He has also recently become a daddy to a little baby girl.

2nd LINE SUPPORT ANALYST
Working from his offices in Cape Town, Jacques has been helping pioneers navigate the intersection of business and emerging technology for over 15 years. An electrical engineer by training, Jacques has advised executives on adoption for emerging technologies across diverse industries, such as healthcare, education, finance, legal and hospitality. When Jacques and his son are not busy taking over the world you will find him on a longboard beyond the breakers.
Martin Jennings
SERVICE DESK LEAD
A Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL certification holder and one of Zinq IT’s longest serving employees. Martin ‘Jeeves’ Jennings is the heart of the Zinq IT service desk and known by all customers for his excellent communication skills. Footballer, TV binger, gamer and all-round nice guy. In his spare time he enjoys playing with his son Taylor.

Harry Whelan
SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Harry is the latest member to join the growing team at Zinq IT and is currently working towards his Level 3 IT Technician Apprenticeship. Harry has quickly adapted to life in the world of work and has already passed two professional, industry-recognised qualifications. When he is not working Harry enjoys following Liverpool FC. He also has a love for biscuits and is a converted coffee drinker since joining Zinq IT.
Natalie Wood
COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR
Head of all things non-technical, from filing and finances, to managing the company van and keeping the guys organised. Her Modern Language degree from Sheffield University didn’t include ‘geek speak’, but her years working in IT have nurtured her fluency. If she’s not at her desk, Natalie is either road-tripping across the US, island-hopping in Greece, swimming, binging movies, practicing body combat, making her own stained glass, or outdoing everyone else’s ‘Meet the Team’ bios.

CLOUD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT AND CONSULTANT
A Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and a certified Microsoft Azure Cloud Specialist, Jon has an encyclopaedic knowledge of cloud solutions and intelligent data management. When his head’s not in the Cloud, he loves to road cycle in the UK and overseas, hike, watch the football, and spend time by the sea.
