“We are so happy we moved over to Zinq IT. Since Clameg began in 1999, we have dealt with 4 IT companies and Zinq IT have been the best company to date. They have always been on hand since the first day to help with any of our needs and assist where required. When we joined Zinq IT in early 2023 we had an outdated NAS system in place. We had tried to move onto a Cloud network for over 3 years with our previous IT company failing to do this.

We knew we needed to produce a solution in order to get Clameg Cloud based and we handed this over to Zinq IT. We were extremely nervous at first due to our failed attempts with our previous IT company, however working with Simon made the process seamless, we experienced zero downtime, and the switch was pretty much overnight. Zinq IT spent time training our office members and was on hand all hours with any queries we had. They were excellent throughout the whole process. We are now able to work completely remotely whether that is from home, on-site, in a coffee shop or in the office. It has changed the way we now work for the better.
