Family-run business, Hampshire Flag, can design and print almost any kind of colorful and high-quality material to help businesses promote their brand or product in even the most testing of environments. In December 2017, Zinq IT designed and delivered a full hardware and software upgrade project which included Office 365 and a complete physical and virtual infrastructure overhaul.
The work we undertook included everything from PCs and servers to firewalls and licences, and we implemented an extensive backup and recovery solution. It took 7 weeks including sourcing, installation, testing and service improvement. The working environment is now much slicker, with strict security measures and remote back-ups being done automatically. Since the start we have provided a fully managed, proactive service, allowing issues within the infrastructure to be identified and remediated before they cause an impact to business productivity. Monthly engineer site visits allow us to provide continuous service improvement, whilst also giving Hampshire Flag complete peace of mind that their IT infrastructure is being looked after.
